Meet them where they are

The world moves at the speed of communication. That communication from a potential client can come from anywhere. Historically if a lead popped up on your site, you would call them. Things have been shifting over the last few years, into text, email, chat messages, and less "phone" based. At least at first. Our first rule for success in converting leads into clients is to meet them where they are. If they call, call them back. If they text, text them back. If they email, Email them back. It sounds simple. We don't care if you are on Whatsapp, facebook messenger, #SLACK, or )gulp) faxing us… we will meet you where you are. On any form of communication. Once we have established your needs and wants, we work to set you up for our agents, that part might be in person or via video meeting. Since covid, we have found video meetings to be the next best thing to an in person meeting. Clients who meet via video feel safer, more focused, and the agent has more resources, data, scripts, screen share, etc. For more on this, book a coaching session with me ;) .
